21 Day Lock Down LSG Announcement
In light of the announcement by The President of South Africa, Mr. Cyril Ramaphosa on Monday, 23 March 2020, of a 21-day national lock-down commencing at midnight, 26 March 2020, management and staff will be working from home.
As before, our priority is to comply with this directive but also to maintain the continuity of support for all of our customers. We recognise that we also have a responsibility to support you during this time. Internally, we have activated our business continuity plans in order to ensure continued service excellence to you. We are available on email, landlines and mobile phones, and we have access to virtual meeting technology to engage, support and deliver during this most unexpected moment in time.
Our office number has been diverted and calls will be answered. As the calls are diverted to a mobile phone, can we ask that if you do not get through on your first attempt, that you try again. Emails are still the preferred method of communication.
We thank our entire community, for continuing to act responsibly and support one another, even if at a distance, as we all work together through these difficult times.
Please be assured and confident that:
- We are here to support, enable, communicate and help. We’re all in this together.
- We are working with our internal teams and stakeholders around the clock to maintain service level agreements.
- We remain committed to sustaining and supporting you. As many businesses are challenged by the current economic climate and impact of Covid-19, we will continuously think about creative ways to avoid any blockages in our processes, continue the flow of work and ensure quick settlement of invoices.
- If there are any updates to these arrangements, we will advise you immediately.
Stay safe.
